Ghosts in the Air Glow - the second experiment

The second experiment of the ionospheric transmission art project, using the HAARP system, is planned between 23rd and 26th of October 2022. First experiment took place in March 2019, during which I succeeded to receive SSTV images, but only using WEB SDRs: https://yo3fvr.wixsite.com/main/single-post/2019/03/28/ghosts-in-the-air-glow

The novelty in this project is the replacing of the SSTV transmissions with NBTV (Narrow Band Television).
