PCSI tests over APRS radio network

PCSI stands for Packet Compressed Sensing Imaging and is a very nice project for sending images over unconnected and noisy radio channels, like APRS / AX.25.

I choose to start the first tests with this application in the National Day of Romania, in order to check the image accuracy of the National Flag.
